Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ritmoso, provided by Ritmoso. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Ritmoso helps you track habits, tasks, goals and important dates. It's free, meant for personal, non-commercial use, and may gain, change or lose features over time. If we decide to shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your data.

• Give accurate details and keep your e-mail up to date: it's how you recover access.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact us at support@ritmoso.app.

When using Ritmoso, you agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security measures;
• overload the service, including through bulk automated access;
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Everything you record stays yours. You only allow us to store, process and display that content to you, as far as needed for the service to work. We don't use your content for advertising or share it, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do our best to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend downloading a copy of your data from Settings from time to time.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy, and all your data will be removed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, letting you know by e-mail whenever possible.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by e-mail before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to them will be settled in the courts of your place of residence.
