Questions about plans
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: habits and goals above the limit stay visible, editable and checkable, but you can't add more until you're under the limit or on Pro. Insights go back to the recent days and the seasonal themes to the classic look.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new account gets Pro for the trial period, with no card and no automatic charge at the end.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account moves to Free.
And if I change my mind?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. The refund policy explains how.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our reseller (Merchant of Record): it processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles the taxes. Ritmoso never sees your card details.
